Importance of the valuation

Whether it leads to putting your property up for sale or not, the real estate valuation is essential because it will give you a good idea of the value of the property at a particular point in time. Many criteria are to take into account at the valuation. Some are intrinsic (floor space, quality of the workmanship on the building, general condition …), others are extrinsic (the state of the market, the attractiveness of the area, ….). When selling your property, the definition of the 'right price' is of utmost importance because a poor appreciation of its value may mean that the sale will take months more than necessary.

So as to make our estimations as close to the reality as possible, our agents systematically visit the property.

How long will it take to get a valuation of my property ?
